Shipping Details
We offer domestic and international delivery services. Our delivery is a next-day delivery service from Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays.

Normal Delivery
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. The tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. Orders on Friday or on local Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Peak Season Delivery

Please be advised that orders placed during the peak season may take longer to process due to high volume and bulk orders. Orders will take up to 5 to 7 working days to process. Some may take longer depending on the courier service and delivery location. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged. The tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

If you have not received your order within 3 to 5 working days after you received your tracking number, please contact directly our courier service . 

Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery
NINJA VAN. Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia – RM 8 per kg
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 12 per kg

b. International Delivery
